During the 200 hours of core curriculum, Siri Peterson Cavanna and guest teachers will provide systematic instruction in advanced techniques, training, practice, teaching methodology, anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, yoga philosophy, lifestyle and ethics. The 200 hours of CORE CURRICULUM will closely follow the advanced training syllabus of the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. All 300 HR trainees are required to attend the core curriculum.

You will organize the remaining 100 hours of your trainings by choosing elective curriculum that is in alignment with your particular teaching focus. YogaKula trainers and staff will help you to choose an elective track and organize your electives based on your teaching goals. Elective faculty includes but is not limited to: Saraswati Clere, Anodea Judith, Sally Kempton, Christopher Tomkins, Tara Judelle, and Saul David Raye.
For teachers interested in pursuing Anusara® Certification through the Anusara School of Hatha Yoga. *These trainees will assist the 2017 Anusara Immersion and must attend all dates.
Work one on one with a YogaKula teacher to enhance your skills through a focus on practice teaching and assisting.
YOGA AND THE MIND:
Enhance your teaching of through in-depth study of psychology, somatics, meditation and mindfulness practices.
Study the ancient texts and traditions with visiting scholars.
SPECIAL POPULATIONS: Focus on teaching to special populations such as children, seniors, pre-natal, injuries, addiction, working with trauma, etc.
OPEN STUDY: Attend all workshop and elective courses as your interests and schedule permit.

Core curriculum sessions take place Saturday and Sunday from 12:00am to 7pm on above weekends. See the Yoga Kula EVENTS page for elective curriculum dates or choose your own elective courses with the help of myself and the YogaKula staff.
Five hours of your 300 HR Advanced Yoga Teacher Training curriculum will be spent teaching community classes at YogaKula. Another 15 hours will be spent attending the classes of your fellow trainees, practicing teaching in the public class setting, and giving feedback to your teaching peers.
PRE-REQUISITES: Our program is open to yoga teachers who have already completed their 200 HR RYT® teacher training at Yoga Alliance registered school. Teachers will have 3 years to complete their 300 HR curriculum, after which they will be eligible to register with Yoga Alliance at the highest level, RYT-500.
*If you are a dedicated practitioner, body worker or other health professional and you are interested in auditing a portion of this training, you may be eligible to attend. Participants under these specifications DO NOT receive a certificate or any credit towards Yoga Alliance hours.

Paid in full by Jan 1st: $3000
Paid in Full After Jan 1st: $3200
Monthly Payment plan: $3300
ELECTIVE HOURS WILL BE PAID FOR ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS.
You will have 3 years from registration to complete your 300 hours of training.
